Whiter teeth!

~brush your teeth
you should brush your teeth at least twice a day, morning & night, but if you can, brush more. if possible, brush your teeth every time after you eat. OR use wisps (tiny toothbrushes that have a, sort of, ball of mouth wash in the middle)
-
~cut out coffee & cigarettes
both dark caffeine and the smoke in cigarettes will stain your teeth yellow and make it a lot harder to get a cleaner, whiter smile
-
~use whitening strips
they're pretty much two strips that you put on your teeth (top & bottom), and keep them on for a certain amount of time
-
~baking soda
dip your toothbrush in baking soda before brushing your teeth. you will definitely notice a difference
-
~fruits
eating strawberries & rubbing the inside of a banana on your teeth will also help whiten them naturally
-
~lemon
do NOT use lemon to whiten your teeth. instead of whitening, it'll just make them more brown or yellow and weaken them. the citrus acid in the lemon rubs down
