Tips for healthy hair!


1) Use conditioner- Shampoo strips the hair of its natural oils so in order to prevent this use a good conditioner after shampooing.

2) Hair Driers- Using a lower heat setting, holding it around 6 inches away from your head and pointing it downwards will all prevent blow drying from damaging your hair and causing it to become frizzy

3) Use Heat Protection- Any form of heat on your hair is damaging so it's always important to use a heat protecting spray, look for one that protects up to 220 degrees or more.

4) Brushing- Brush your hair with a hard bristle brush can cause damage and split ends too! Purchase a natural or softer bristle brush.

5) Don't wash your hair everyday- Washing your hair everyday is actually bad! This strips your hair of it's natural oils and in the long run it will actually make it greasier more easily. Wash it every second or third day.

6) Hair bobbles/ties- Never buy hair ties with metal bits, these literally rip and tear your hair. Also never use elastic bands!

7) Eat Right- Certain vitamins such as protein are essential for healthy hair. So foods like chicken, eggs fish and dairy products should be included in your daily diet.
